About the job Area Service Manager

Our client is a leading global technical Company with an excellent
reputation across the region.

We are looking for an experienced Area Service Manager to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Area Service Manager creates added value for the Existing
Installations within a Branch, managing all resources in line with the rules
established by the Company, to meet the business targets for the Branch.

Reports to: Regional Branch Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Control the implementation of sales and commercial policy in the Branch for Existing Installations and Modernizations, according to the established procedures.


  • Optimize the branch staffing of service technicians, by planning the personnel needs including route organization, workloads and training.

  • Hold responsibility for driving Sales and Fulfillment business for sales targets.

  • Execute leadership to technicians in matters of customer and employee satisfaction, adding value to the business, quality of work and operational efficiency.

  • Promote, motivate, coordinate, and direct activities of the Existing Installation Sales / Modernization Sales and Existing Installations Supervisor in the respective areas of the Branch.

  • Coordinate the development and execution of all work, optimize the work-groups, tools, and means to meet the objectives of sales, invoicing, activity, yield, and quality of the work.

  • Conduct periodical inspections ensuring fulfilment and customer satisfaction

  • Manage problem solving of sick units and improvement.

  • Control the application of the safety and health guidelines.

  • Manage maintenance portfolio & from the service contract offer to the collection of bad debts including follow-up actions

  • Process owner and operational responsible of applying the company policy, ensuring the collection of all sales under its responsibility

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Engineering
  • At least 5 solid years’ experience
  • At least 2 years as a Manager / Supervisory role
  • Desired Organization and Planning skills in E&E, QHSE procedures knowledge, presentation skills, Customer Orientation Skills & Sales skills.
  • Should have experience in managing portfolio of maintenance units and good leadership in managing maintenance team.
  • Open to male Saudi nationals only

COMPENSATION
AND BENEFITS


  • Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance

  • Salary as a guide around 12k – 16k SAR per month base salary

  • Plus accommodation allowance and transport allowance
