Our vision was to support the events and exhibitions sector through our expertise in the fields of advertising, marketing and implementation.] Responsibilities :

• Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral, ensuring visual communication and brand standards are met.
• Oversee the artistic design of advertisements and print materials, as well as the filming of television advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to develop a cohesive brand identity.
• Analyse market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape, and position our brand accordingly.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing feedback and managing the creative process from concept to completion.
• Review and approve art and graphics developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges.
• Present designs to stakeholders and internal teams clearly and effectively.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar leadership role in the creative sector (Minimum 5 years).
• A strong portfolio of work which demonstrates expertise in art direction and visual design.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiar with software like Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Exceptional capability with typography, layout, and prototyping.
• Highly creative with a strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in project scope and direction.
