Asset and Investment Analysts

المهام الرئيسية | Key Responsibilities:

• تحليل الأداء المالي للأصول العقارية والمحافظ الاستثمارية.

Analyze financial performance of real estate assets and investment portfolios.

• إعداد النماذج المالية والتقييمات العقارية.

Develop financial models and real estate valuations.

• مراقبة اتجاهات السوق العقاري والمالي وتقديم تقارير دورية.

Monitor market trends and provide regular reports and insights.

• تقييم المخاطر المرتبطة بالاستثمارات الحالية والمقترحة.

Assess risks associated with current and potential investments.

• دعم مديري المحافظ في اتخاذ قرارات استثمارية مستنيرة.

Support portfolio managers in making informed investment decisions.

المؤهلات والخبرة | Qualifications & Experience:

• درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، الاقتصاد، العقار أو مجال ذي صلة.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.

• خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في التحليل الاستثماري أو العقاري.

1–3 years of experience in investment or real estate analysis.

• إلمام بالأدوات المالية مثل Excel، Power BI، وأي أدوات تحليل مالي.

Proficiency in financial tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.

• فهم جيد لسوق العقارات في السعودية والخليج (ميزة إضافية).

Good understanding of the Saudi and GCC real estate markets (a plus).

Requirements

• درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، الاقتصاد، العقار أو مجال ذي صلة.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.

• خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في التحليل الاستثماري أو العقاري.

1–3 years of experience in investment or real estate analysis.

• إلمام بالأدوات المالية مثل Excel، Power BI، وأي أدوات تحليل مالي.

• فهم جيد لسوق العقارات في السعودية والخليج (ميزة إضافية).
