Assistant Accountant - Saudi National Talent

Founded in 1992, Tawazon specializes in supplying raw materials to various industries, including paint and ink, construction chemicals, packaging, fiberglass, plastics, rubber, food, and polyurethane. It delivers products directly from their countries of origin or from warehouses located in Dubai, Riyadh, Jeddah, Jakarta, Durban, Mumbai Chennai and Nairobi, while also providing logistics services for leading petrochemical manufacturers in Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a Saudi National to join our team as an Assistant Accountant, who will be responsible for executing core financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, ledger management, reconciliations, and compliance. The role ensures financial accuracy, timely reporting, and supports decision-making through financial insights. This position demands precision, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure within deadlines.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and ledgers.
• Coordinate daily accounting-related operations to support warehouse department activities.
• Manage general ledger entries, ensure journal accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, and customer accounts.
• Support payroll processing and inter-department cost allocations.

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent 
• 1-2 years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
