Position: Assistant Brand Manager (12 months Mission)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Assist in the execution of brand plans and supports with data mining and generating insights

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE …:    

•    Contributes to activating Brand Essence through execution of medical & consumer assets and brand campaigns across all key touchpoints for HCP's and consumers                 

•    Execute shopper and consumer engagement activations (i.e. provide the needed support for sampling plans, promotions, partnerships, POSM) in store, out of store, on ground and on e-commerce                 

•    Assists in the execution of medical plans and assets development/adaptation to support the medical field teams in driving prescriptions from healthcare professionals, while making sure internal medical teams have all the needed information, tools, cycle communication objectives in place                  

•    Brand performance and insights: 

- Data gathering /analysis (retail audit/ sales/ research/ competitive intelligence) in coordination with CDTs, CIMI, Medical for different forums: MSRs, brand reviews, BU meetings & Planning (i.e. workshops, Brand Plans ...)

- Assists in the execution of the different consumer and shopper research to help identify I/R opportunities            

•    Budget tracking: PR/POs, follow up and ensure budget and spends as per the plans.        

•    Follows up on the day-to-day workflow (P2P, packaging approvals through D2D and finalization in coordination with all stakeholders)                

•    Liaises with several agencies, regional teams on the consumer communication and execution (i.e. point of sale material, digital & influencer campaigns and on-ground brand activations)        

•    Supports in I2L projects: supports in building the business opportunity, business case and business plans, accountable for packaging delivery and FERT Code, coordinates for launch plan execution and follow-up        

                     

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL:

•    Minimum 1 year experience as Senior Medical Delegate (Nestlé Nutrition KSA)

•    English is a must

•    Arabic as native language is a must. i.e. can both speak & write fluently
