• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and prepare required reports for
audits and inspections.
• Promote safe, ethical, and professional clinical practices among healthcare
staff.

Professional Development & Clinical Education
•
Participate in medical education activities, case discussions, and training
sessions.
• Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and supervision to medical staff.
• Support the development of clinical pathways, care protocols, and educational
materials for home healthcare services.
• Maintain continuous professional development through conferences, workshops,
and CME activities.

Health Information System (HIS) & Documentation
•
Utilize HIS platforms for patient documentation, electronic medical records,
and virtual consultations.
• Ensure complete, accurate, and timely recording of patient information in
compliance with MOH and organizational standards.
• Participate in HIS training programs and collaborate with IT teams to resolve
technical issues.

Patient Safety & Satisfaction
•
Implement patient safety protocols and ensure adherence to clinical safety
standards.
• Identify and report patient safety risks, incidents, and adverse events.
• Address patient concerns and ensure effective communication with patients and
caregivers.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and contribute to improving patient experience
outcomes.

Healthcare Team Collaboration
•
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered
care.
• Facilitate communication between healthcare professionals regarding patient
