Assistant Development Manager - Real Estate

Eram Talent is seeking an Assistant Development Manager - Real Estate to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate development projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Development Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing real estate development projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status to senior management.
• Support risk management activities and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
• Contribute to planning and execution of project marketing and sales strategies.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout all project stages.
• Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in real estate development or construction project management.
• Strong understanding of real estate development processes, including planning, design, and construction.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local real estate regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
