Assistant (F&B) Manager

The Assistant F&B Manager supports the overall delivery of high -quality food and beverage services across all stadium venues. This role focuses on day -to -day execution, team supervision, quality control, and ensuring consistent service standards across events. The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience, team leadership skills, and a hands -on approach to stadium -scale.

• Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including concessions, VIP lounges, and hospitality suites.
  
• Supervise daily operations and ensure timely setup and readiness before each event.
  
• Coordinate with event planning, operations, and security teams to align service logistics.
  
• Support in recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising F&B team members.
  
• Monitor food preparation, presentation, and hygiene standards during events.
  
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company SOPs.
  
• Assist in managing inventory levels, stock rotation, and minimizing wastage.
  
• Resolve on -the -ground service issues, guest complaints, and last -minute challenges quickly and effectively.
  
• Collaborate with the F&B Manager to implement upselling initiatives and promotional offerings.
  
• Support in post -event reporting and team debriefs to identify areas of improvement.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial F&B role, ideally in a stadium or high -volume event setting.
  
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, local health regulations).
  
• ability to manage large teams under time pressure.
  
• Good communication and leadership skills.
  
• Proficiency in POS and inventory systems.
  
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays per event calendar.
