Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor project performance by gathering data, analyzing metrics, and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Support troubleshooting efforts and resolve technical issues to maintain optimal infrastructure delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure delivery or project management roles.
• Understanding of enterprise-level infrastructure systems, networks, and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
