Maintain payroll information & resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
Finalizing final settlements, additional payments, deductions, and sales variable pay.
Government relations (Gosi, Mudad, Qiwa, and labour governmental requirements and regulations)
Conduct the required investigations/ hearings for the issues concerned to employees and to take the right action in accordance to labor law and company policy.
Review employees’ inquiries and complaints regarding employee Relations activities, such as grievances and disciplinary actions’ appeal.
Ensures the implementation of policies, procedures and programs on recruiting, selection, promotion and transfers.
Ensures proper implementation of Manpower planning procedures in the subsidiary across the business functions.
Filling recruitment gaps in a timely manner and in line with business needs.
Lead Performance Management System PMS project in terms of results by functions and analysis
Prepare with line managers training gap analysis / training needs analysis in order to design training matrix report for implementation on yearly basis and take inconsideration priority for business and available budget.
Ensure to lead and drive the objectives & projects (Saudization, and Turnover strategic plan etc) Exercising Job evaluation and recommending the Grade for newly created positions.
