Job Description - Assistant Manager - Procurement Systems Management

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an Assistant Manager - Procurement Systems Management to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement systems and analytics, ensuring the efficient integration and optimization of our procurement processes. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our technological capabilities in procurement, thereby contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage procurement systems and tools to enhance efficiency and compliance within the procurement cycle.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain procurement analytics to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the procurement system is fully functional and meets the needs of the organization.
  • Provide user training and support on procurement systems to ensure maximum utilization and efficiency.
  • Evaluate and recommend new procurement technologies and systems that can further streamline processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures related to system usage.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise to minimize disruptions in procurement processes.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement systems management or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and systems is highly preferred.
