Job Description - Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Role Requirements:

Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:

·Works very closely with the business to understand talent needs and develop a comprehensive hiring approach by level.

·Build a strong pipeline of candidates leveraging proactive sourcing techniques, ATS database, social networking, employee referrals, targeted job postings, etc.

·Experience in the end-to-end recruitment process is mandatory.

·Utilizes a maximum of channels (internal & external) to ensure timely closures cost-effectively.

·Ensure alignment on position impact and expectations while providing market insights and any timeline adjustments.

·Develops appropriate systems/Process tools and mechanisms to ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) and enhance the visibility of operations (MIS) across the business.

·Oversee the quality of job descriptions, ensuring they accurately capture requirements, are well-written and attractive to target audience.

·Facilitate candidate assessment, including scheduling of phone screens and interviews and providing timely feedback to all involved parties.

·Drive recruitment initiatives- Campus relations, referral program etc.

·Has hands-on experience in leading recruitment tools- Job portals, LinkedIn etc.

·Able to drive the vendor management portfolio and quality delivery.

·The “best fit” individual is expected to be passionate about showing the business’s talent needs and convincing excellent candidates.

Desired Profile:

·Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in talent acquisition.

·MBA in Human Resources. Worked extensively on Saudization.

·Experience in the consulting industry would be useful. The ability to multitask and pursue stretch goals will allow the individual to successfully deliver in this role.

·High energy, positive demeanor, and ability to think on their feet would work in the favor of successful candidates.

·A good combination of education and experience would be useful.

·Deep knowledge of talent acquisition and mechanisms across levels is a prerequisite.

·Passion for hiring and being resourceful with excellent networking skills.
