Associate Business System Analyst - SMP - Saudi Aramco

ABIS is seeking an Associate Business System Analyst to join our team supporting the SMP program for Saudi Aramco. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the analysis of business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the implementation of business systems aligned with organizational objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that system solutions effectively address business needs, contributing to improved efficiency and performance. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
• Document and validate functional specifications to guide system development.
• Support process mapping and business process reengineering initiatives.
• Participate in testing phases to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Coordinate communication between business units and IT teams.
• Monitor project progress and provide reports to management.
• Stay current with industry best practices and tools relevant to business system analysis.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer & Information Systems - Computer Engineering - Software Engineering.
• GPA Scale: 3.5/4 or 4.5/5
• Work Experience: 2 - 6 years or more.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with business analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
