As the Associate Director of Financial Analysis, you will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to conduct detailed financial modeling, feasibility studies, and risk assessments. Your expertise will help ensure our investments are sound and aligned with our long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support development initiatives, including modeling and feasibility assessments.
• Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership, showcasing findings and recommendations based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with project teams to align financial strategies with operational goals.
• Identify risks associated with financial performance and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Enhance and refine financial analysis processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and benchmarks to ensure our financial strategies remain competitive.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.
• Minimum of 12 -16 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on real estate or development finance.
• Strong background in financial modeling, investment analysis, and strategic financial planning.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and advanced Excel skills.
