Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an Associate Director - Gaming & Esports Asset Strategy to lead the strategic development and implementation of gaming and esports assets within Qiddiya's entertainment portfolio. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovative gaming and esports initiatives that align with the company’s vision for world-class entertainment experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of gaming and esports asset strategies to enhance Qiddiya’s entertainment offerings.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and content development, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including gaming studios, esports organizations, licensors, and partners.

- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in gaming and esports sectors.

- Develop comprehensive business cases, feasibility studies, and implementation roadmaps for gaming and esports assets.

- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and board-level stakeholders to communicate strategy progress and outcomes.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in gaming and esports asset strategy, ensuring Qiddiya remains a leader in the entertainment industry.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in gaming, esports, or entertainment strategy.
