Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an innovative and analytical professional to join our team as Associate Director - Health & Safety Data Analytics. In this pivotal role, you will leverage data analytics to drive health and safety improvements across the organization, ensuring our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety within our projects.

Your expertise in data analysis, coupled with a strong understanding of health and safety principles, will be critical in identifying trends, predicting incidents, and developing proactive measures to mitigate risks. You will collaborate closely with various departments to integrate data-driven insights into health and safety strategies, promoting a culture of safety backed by evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of health and safety data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement, enhancing the overall safety performance of the organization.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies and metrics to support health and safety initiatives throughout Qiddiya.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and manage health and safety data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to generate insights and inform decision-making in health and safety management.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management that outline key findings, recommendations, and action plans based on data analysis.
• Drive the continuous improvement of tools and processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Conduct training and provide guidance on data analytics best practices to health and safety teams.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in data analytics and health and safety regulations to ensure compliance and promote best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in health and safety data analytics or a related field.
• Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and predictive modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytical software (e.g., R, Python, SQL).
• Excellent understanding of health and safety management principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable safety strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
