The Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director - Infrastructure to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and implementation of infrastructure projects that are essential for delivering a one-of-a-kind entertainment city. Your leadership will ensure that projects are executed to the highest standards, aligning with Qiddiya's strategic goals and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the planning, design, and construction of key infrastructure elements, including roads, utilities, and public spaces.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate infrastructure solutions that enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with government entities, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement best practices and innovative techniques in infrastructure management and project execution.
• Conduct regular reviews of project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while addressing any challenges that arise.
• Guide and mentor a team of engineers and project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities for enhancing project success.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure design, construction processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
• Proficient in utilizing project management software and tools to track project progress and performance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
