We are looking for an exceptional and driven individual to fill the position of Associate Director - Procurement. In this role, you will be responsible for leading procurement initiatives and strategies to support our ambitious projects, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for current and future projects, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and objectives.
• Manage the procurement process from sourcing and selection to contract negotiation and execution.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring optimal terms and performance outcomes.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and potential suppliers.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand procurement needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Monitor procurement activities and provide insightful reports to senior management on performance metrics.
• Lead and mentor a procurement team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Implement best practices in procurement operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 12-15 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in large-scale projects within the real estate or entertainment sectors.
• Proficient knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively manage supplier relationships.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficient in the use of procurement software and technology.
