Associate Director, Projects, Roads & Earthworks (DEL191)

Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of creating a transformative destination in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking an Associate Director, Projects, Roads & Earthworks to manage our infrastructure initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of roadways and earthworks projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively, meeting all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of all roads and earthworks projects within the Qiddiya development.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and design teams to ensure alignment of project objectives.
• Manage contractor relationships, ensuring work is performed to specification and in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and promote a strong safety culture.
• Identify risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and deliver project updates and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
• Mentor team members and promote professional development within the project team.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on roads and earthworks projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, project management methodologies, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards related to infrastructure development.
