Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an innovative Associate Director - Signage and Wayfinding to join our dynamic team. This role is fundamental in enhancing the visitor experience through effective signage and wayfinding solutions across our transformative entertainment and leisure destination. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive signage strategies that facilitate ease of navigation and contribute to a cohesive brand identity across various attractions.

Your expertise in design and spatial orientation will ensure that all signage elements are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing and aligned with the overall vision of Qiddiya. This position involves collaboration with various teams, including design, marketing, and operations, to create an intuitive environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of signage and wayfinding plans for all Qiddiya projects.
• Collaborate with design and planning teams to integrate signage solutions that enhance the overall visitor experience.
• Conduct site assessments to identify signage needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop design guidelines and standards for signage, ensuring consistency with the Qiddiya brand and project themes.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality production and installation of signage elements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of signage and wayfinding solutions through visitor feedback and make adjustments as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in signage and wayfinding.
• Prepare presentations and documentation to communicate concepts and designs to stakeholders and management.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, architecture, environmental design, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in signage and wayfinding design, preferably in large-scale projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative signage solutions and successful wayfinding systems.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of spatial design and user experience.
• Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both visual and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various disciplines and teams.
