General Summary

Leads strategic planning and development of multimodal transport systems aligned to organizational and national goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and lead end-to-end transport strategies.
• Align with Qiddiya's vision and national policy goals.
• Engage senior stakeholders across Qiddiya and government.
• Translate analysis into strategy and action plans.
• Oversee forecasting, research, and assessments.
• Produce strategic documents and presentations.
• Coach and mentor a small team (up to 5 people).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree. Master preferred
