Associate Logistics Director (DEL - 530)

Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of creating a unique entertainment and leisure destination in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive individual to join our team as an Associate Logistics Director. In this role, you will support the Logistics Director in overseeing and managing logistics operations across various projects, focusing on optimizing processes and ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Logistics Director in the development and implementation of logistics strategies that align with company objectives.
• Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure logistics activities are integrated and aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and provide insights to optimize operations and reduce costs.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics service providers to ensure high-quality service.
• Implement best practices in logistics management, including continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Lead and mentor the logistics team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management regarding logistics operations and performance.
• Be flexible to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a project-based environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management principles.
• Experience in managing logistics operations within large-scale projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with logistics management software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
