Associate Professor Nursing Education & Research

Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in nursing education and research.
• Mentor and supervise students in their research projects.
• Conduct independent research in nursing education and publish in reputable journals.
• Collaborate with faculty on research projects and grant applications.
• Participate in curriculum development and review to ensure program alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide academic and career advising to students.
• Serve on departmental and university committees.
• Engage in professional development activities to stay current in nursing education and research.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching and conducting research in a university setting.
• Strong record of publications in reputable journals.
• Experience in curriculum development and program evaluation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Demonstrated commitment to research and scholarship in nursing education.
