Associate Translation Analyst - SMP

ABIS is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Associate Translation Analyst to join our diverse team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and quality of translations across various projects. You will work closely with linguists and project managers to review, edit, and provide feedback on translated materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards of clarity and cultural relevance. Key Responsibilities

• Review and edit translations for accuracy, style, and cultural relevance.
• Collaborate with translation teams to ensure consistency in terminology and formatting.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on translated documents.
• Assist in developing and maintaining translation glossaries and style guides.
• Provide feedback to translators and support their professional growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in translation and localization.
• Support project managers in meeting deadlines and ensuring quality deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and at least one other language.
• Strong understanding of translation processes and localization best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong editing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with translation software and tools (e.g., CAT tools) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
