Barista

Position: Barista

Mawarid Manpower Company is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista for our client in Riyadh on a full-time basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality beverages for our customers, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks

- Ensure all beverages are made to company standards and customer specifications

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar and equipment

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take customer orders and process payments accurately

- Provide product recommendations and answer any customer questions or concerns

- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and pricing

- Monitor and restock inventory levels to ensure availability of ingredients and supplies

- Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain food safety standards

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely service

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds

- High school diploma or equivalent
