Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages to consistently high standards.
• Maintain precise coffee recipes, extraction, milk texturing, and presentation.
• Deliver calm, attentive, and respectful service aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station at all times.
• Manage mise-en-place, stock rotation, and equipment care.
• Communicate effectively with floor and kitchen teams during service.
• Uphold strict grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Barista in fine dining, luxury cafés, or premium hospitality environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of espresso preparation and milk-based beverages.
• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation required.
• No visible tattoos, facial piercings, or beards (for men), in line with brand standards.
• Calm, polished service style suited to a traditional, guest-focused environment.
• Open to all nationalities and genders.
• Candidate must be available to start 1 February 2026 (or shortly thereafter)

• SAR 4,000 per month (tax-free).
