BIM Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA PMC is committed to delivering transformative social infrastructure programs across the Kingdom. The BIM Manager will lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM protocols and execution plans for projects.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of accurate BIM models and documentation.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure the effective integration of BIM into all project phases.
• Conduct BIM training and mentorship for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Champion the use of BIM technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of BIM outputs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology to maintain a competitive edge.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in BIM management or a similar role, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of BIM processes, software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks), and standards.
• Proven experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing project workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction standards and regulations is a plus.
