Boiler Operator

We are seeking an experienced Boiler Operator to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Boiler Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining boilers and related equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation. You will also be responsible for monitoring and recording boiler readings, conducting routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of boiler systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers, including starting up, shutting down, and monitoring boiler systems.
2. Monitor and record boiler readings, such as pressure, temperature, and fuel consumption, to ensure proper operation.
3. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, replacing parts, and adjusting controls.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the boiler system, including identifying and repairing leaks, malfunctions, or other abnormalities.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures, including regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of safety devices.
6. Maintain accurate records of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and repairs.
7. Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and production, to schedule maintenance and repair work.
8. Train and supervise assistant boiler operators.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in boiler technology.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Boiler Operator.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Valid Boiler Operator certificate or license.
4. Strong understanding of boiler systems, including controls, pumps, valves, and related equipment.
5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
6. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
9. Attention to detail and ability to accurately record and maintain documentation.
10. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to boiler operations.
