Position: Brand Executive Chef (All Day Dining)

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Salary: SAR 25,000 per month (Live-Out Arrangement)

A leading hospitality group renowned for its innovative culinary concepts is seeking a Brand Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations of a vibrant, multi-outlet, all-day dining brand across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and passionate culinary professional to lead a diverse team and uphold the highest standards of food quality, creativity, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire culinary teams across all brand outlets, ensuring the highest level of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Develop and implement seasonal menus and signature dishes that reflect the brand’s identity and meet evolving customer preferences.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency in all culinary operations.
• Oversee kitchen operations including procurement, inventory, hygiene standards, and cost control.
• Train and mentor chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to support new openings, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and international hygiene standards. 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple outlets.
• Strong background in a variety of cuisines, including international, Mediterranean, and contemporary café-style offerings.
• Proven experience in pastry and bakery operations is essential.
• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• A hands-on leader with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
