The Broker Relationship Officer is responsible for managing and developing broker partnerships, ensuring high service standards, portfolio growth, and regulatory compliance in line with Saudi Insurance Authority requirements. The role focuses on strengthening broker engagement, driving retention and new business, and ensuring seamless coordination between brokers, sales, underwriting, and operational teams.

Job Responsibilities
Broker Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned broker accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for broker communications and escalations.
Conduct regular broker meetings to review performance, service levels, and growth opportunities.
Business Development & Portfolio Growth
Support achievement of broker production targets and portfolio profitability.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within broker accounts.
Collaborate with sales teams to expand broker network and onboarding initiatives.
Operational Coordination
Oversee timely processing of quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
Ensure broker requirements are aligned with underwriting guidelines and approvals.
Monitor service delivery standards and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Renewals & Account Retention
Track renewal cycles and proactively engage brokers to secure renewals.
Coordinate renewal pricing reviews with underwriting and sales teams.
Analyse portfolio performance and recommend retention or corrective strategies.
Regulatory Compliance & Governance
Ensure broker-related activities comply with Saudi Insurance Authority regulations and internal policies.
Maintain accurate documentation, broker records, and audit trails.
Support audit processes and ensure prompt resolution of compliance findings.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Prepare broker performance reports and portfolio dashboards.
Monitor service quality metrics, production levels, and profitability indicators.
Provide management with insights on broker trends, opportunities, and risk exposure.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or related field (required).
Professional diploma or advanced qualification in Insurance or Business Administration (preferred).
3–5 years experience in broker relationship management, corporate insurance, or sales operations (minimum)
Experience managing broker portfolios and driving production targets (preferred).
Relevant insurance or relationship management certifications (required).
CII or equivalent professional insurance qualification (preferred).
