*Job Description:*
Jesr is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Developer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in business development, sales, and client relationship management. This role demands a strategic thinker capable of identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and driving growth.
*Responsibilities:*
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with Jesr’s goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals and pitches to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with clients and partners.
- Track and report on business development activities and performance metrics.
- Close deals over the phone with companies, universities, schools, and parents of high school and university students in Egypt.
Skills
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and business environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Experience with Saudi tenders' platforms such as Etimad is a plus.
