Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, target-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales for our digital solutions, including web, mobile, AI, and other technology services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, networking, and digital campaigns.
• Identify and qualify prospective clients and new business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.
• Prepare proposals and deliver compelling presentations.
• Build relationships with CXOs and other key decision-makers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while meeting sales targets.
• Maintain regular client follow-ups and keep CRM records accurate and current.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in a technology agency or SaaS company.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong interest in technology and digital solutions.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools is an advantage.
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
