Business Development Executive - Riyadh - Saudi Nationals

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-focused Business Development Executive to expand and strengthen our client's healthcare network across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience working with hospitals and healthcare providers, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital case management teams, admission departments, and insurance departments across Saudi Arabia.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's healthcare provider network.
  
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations with hospitals and healthcare stakeholders.
  
• Build long-term partnerships to support business growth and service expansion.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client support.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  
• Prepare business development reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  
• Achieve assigned business development targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
  
• Open to all nationalities, subject to the nationality requirements of each position.
  
• Valid Saudi Arabian (KSA) driving license.
  
• Proven experience in Business Development, Hospital Networking, Healthcare Sales, or a related field.
  
• Established relationships with hospital case management, admission, and insurance departments in Saudi Arabia are highly preferred.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about building strong client relationships.
  
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts.
