Job Description - Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Officer to join the team. The ideal candidate should
have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent, with 1 -3 years of experience in business development or
sales. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new
business opportunities that support our organization's growth objectives.

• Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and other lead generation activities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision -makers at target companies

• Collaborate with cross -functional teams to develop sales proposals that align with our organization's brand
and business objectives

• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing

• Monitor and report on sales performance, using data -driven insights to optimize and improve initiatives

• Stay up -to -date with the latest business development trends and technologies, and share learnings with
the team

Requirements

Education Qualifications Mandatory Bachelor Degree / Diploma

Preferable Marketing
Experience

Mandatory Min. 4 years of experience
Preferable Experience in business development
Competences and Skills

• Passion for video games.

• Good English communication skills.

• experience in business development or sales, with experience managing
multiple projects and adhering to deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work
effectively with cross -functional teams
