Job Description - Business Development Manager - L&D Solutions

Drive financial training & education solutions for corporates in KSA

Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities across financial institutions, corporates, and government entities in KSA
Promote a portfolio of financial training programs, certifications, and bespoke learning solutions
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (L&D, HR, senior business leaders)
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, tenders, and presentations aligned with client needs
Collaborate with internal teams to customize programs for the Saudi market
Track sales performance, manage pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

The Successful Applicant

A successful CRM professional should have:

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within financial services, professional training, certifications, or L&D
Strong network within banks, financial institutions, or large corporates in KSA
Proven track record in managing complex, consultative sales cycles
Ability to engage senior stakeholders and build long-term partnerships
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
