Business Development Officer

•    Track government programs,
  tenders, and relevant regulatory changes.
  
•   Manage a database of
  business leads and partnership opportunities using CRM systems.
  
•  Assist in preparing concept
  notes, business cases, and oversee bid processes.
  
• Engage effectively with
  public and private sector stakeholders and participate in industry events.
  
• Build strong stakeholder
  relationships and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory policies.
  
• Lead contract reviews and
  assess commercial and legal risks.
  
• Prepare periodic business
  development reports and coordinate with internal teams.
  

Requirements

•   Bachelor's degree in
  Business Administration, Economics, Education Management, or related field
  
•   Master's degree or
  professional certification (e.g., business development, strategy, sales) is a
  plus
  
•   2–4 years of experience in
  business development, commercial analysis, or strategic partnerships in Saudi
  Arabia or GCC
  
•    Experience in education,
  government partnerships, or professional services preferred
  
•    Knowledge of public
  procurement processes (Etimad, NCP, MoE bids) is advantageous
  
•    Proficient in Microsoft
  Office Suite, CRM platforms, and proposal tools
