Business Development Specialist

The Business Development Specialist will support the business development function by identifying leads, assisting in client outreach, preparing supporting materials, and contributing to the growth of the company’s client portfolio. The role is execution-focused and requires strong coordination, communication, and research skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the identification of new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Assist in lead generation and maintaining pipeline updates.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
• Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales documents.
• Maintain and update CRM systems and client databases.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Follow up on leads and support relationship management activities.
• Contribute to preparing reports and tracking business development activities.
• Support senior team members in daily business development operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good research and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
