Contract: 2 months (on-site)

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead a team on an onsite project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial services and experience managing cross-functional teams. 

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee business operations and strategy

- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue

- Manage budgets and financial performance

- Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

- Min 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a management role

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with financial planning and analysis

- Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms or Big 4 is a plus
