Deliver 5+ requirement documents per quarter
Reduce process inefficiencies by 15% annually
Achieve 90% stakeholder satisfaction on projects
Complete projects within budget and timeline
Enable data-driven decisions with weekly reports

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
Proven experience in requirements gathering and process mapping
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
SQL
Microsoft Excel
Tableau / Power BI
JIRA / Confluence
