Requirements

Qualifications:
 Nurse Specialist License
 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2–3 years in supervisory or leadership roles
 Strong clinical leadership and nursing supervision experience
 Experience in home healthcare, elderly care, long-term care, rehabilitation, or caregiver/PCA supervision is highly desirable
 Previous Head Nurse or similar supervisory experience is strongly preferred
