Category Manager

We are looking for an experienced Category Manager to lead category strategy and drive sales, profitability, and market growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for assortment planning, pricing, promotions, supplier management, inventory optimization, and commercial performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Category Management within Retail or FMCG.
• Strong experience in category strategy, pricing, promotions, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
• Experience with ERP, JDA, or forecasting systems is a plus.
• Experience managing the Electronics category in a retail or e-commerce environment is required.
