CCU Operator

The CCU Operator ensures smooth shift operations by monitoring live activity, coordinating with field teams, and logging incidents in real time. The role focuses on immediate execution, compliance with processes, and supporting the Shift Manager in ensuring operational continuity across all services

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time operations through dashboards, systems, and communication channels
• Log incidents, service updates, and shift activity in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate with field teams, service providers, and control rooms to support execution
• Ensure adherence to Processes and SOPs and escalation mechanisms during live operations
• Support the Shift Manager with situational awareness and task follow-up
• Conduct handovers and maintain continuity across shifts
• Flag deviations, service issues, or risks for escalation
• Assist in implementing instructions during incidents or disruptions
• Maintain operational discipline and process compliance during all shifts
• Track key operational KPIs and raise alerts when thresholds are breached
• Liaise with the Interface Specialist for key updates to GCC and other stakeholders
• Maintain detailed shift records to support reporting and post-shift analysis
• Participate in readiness checks and daily operational briefings.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in operations, logistics, or related field
• 3+ years in control room or operational support environments
• Experience with real-time monitoring, logging, and coordination
• Background in entertainment, events, transport, or facilities is a plus
• Familiarity with SOP-driven, shift-based work environments
