A 5-star luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking a Chef De Partie for its Liberte outlet, specializing in Western cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes to the outlet's Western cuisine standards


• Maintain consistency and quality across all sections of the kitchen


• Support menu development and specials for the outlet


• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld


• Coordinate with the wider kitchen brigade during service

Requirements

• Must be an expert in Western cuisine


• Proven Chef De Partie experience in a similar concept
