Job Overview:

A vibrant new Mediterranean café concept launching in Riyadh is looking for 7 skilled and motivated Chefs de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. We are hiring across Pastry, Cold, Hot, and Prep Sections, and are seeking culinary professionals with a passion for delivering fresh, flavourful Mediterranean dishes in a relaxed café-style environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your assigned section independently, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of dishes to high standards.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support daily service and smooth operations.
• Uphold all hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen at all times.
• Monitor stock levels in your section and communicate effectively to avoid shortages or waste.
• Contribute to the development of new menu items and seasonal dishes within your specialty.
• Mentor junior kitchen staff and maintain a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie role, preferably within a Mediterranean or modern café-style kitchen.
• Solid technical knowledge relevant to your section (pastry, cold, hot, or prep).
• Strong organizational skills, efficiency, and a hands-on attitude.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a plus but not essential.
