Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and polished Chef de Rang professionals who thrive in delivering refined, personalised service. In this role, you will guide guest experiences with confidence, ensuring service is seamless and that guests leave delighted, reflecting the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional table service, ensuring precision, efficiency, and warmth
• Expertly describe dishes, suggest pairings, and confidently answer guest queries
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Ensure tables are impeccably set, managing the timely clearing and resetting
• Support guest seating, coordination of orders, and accurate billing
• Monitor guest satisfaction proactively, resolving any issues gracefully
• Collaborate closely with other service team members, kitchen, and bar staff
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, presentation, and operational standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Rang or senior server in upscale or fine dining
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• Fluent English communication; Arabic is advantageous
• Excellent knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
• Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment
• Experience in international or GCC restaurants preferred
• Hospitality diploma or equivalent training desirable
