Chief Accountant

A very large five star hotel chain,amusement park chain, requires chief accountant.The Chief Accountant will be responsible for the management of daily operations for a variety of business services, including finance, budget, and grant accounting, as well as the administration of policies, personnel, planning, and administration and purchasing.

Job Specification

Analyzes and reviews financial data, prepares financial statements and reports for both internal and external purposes, establish performance standards, conduct evaluations.Taking responsibly for all of the financial activities of the company.Prepare profit and loss statement report for each sales, administrator, manufactureMaintain local banking relationships including negotiating facilities agreements and ensuring that such activities are carried out with planned time frame and in context with general financial plans, targets and interest.Preparing cost center by analyzes costing per product and its effect on Profit and Loss Accounts, controlling inventory.Preparing and compiling monthly financial statements, expenditure analysis, and a budget control to ensure transparency within departments. Authorize payments and monitor other expenditures and report major variances.Assess financial reporting systems, accounting, procedures and investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures.Responsible for total accounting functions.At least 5 years experience as Chief Accountant in a big organizationExcellent financial tools skills,Knowledge of all the basic computer financial software usage.Excellent English speaking and writing skills.Arabic speaking a plus.
