Job Description - Chief Accountant (Construction)
• Effective participation in all meetings related to the position• Participate in developing department business plan• Responsible for maintaining and improving Accounts team skill level to serve the site and the changing business needs• Control Account section actual performance against business plan targets• Develop, maintain, and control budgeting and control spending against approved budget• Maintain and control the integration of the processes with other Departments to achieve department budget and performance objectives.• Preparation, management & support of Budget & forecasting activities and Cash budget preparation.• Responsible for applying accounting principles & procedures to analyze financial information. Ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted procedures and principles.• Ensuring implementation and maintenance of appropriate accounting control procedures• Responsible for preparation & submission of accurate & timely financial as well as cost accounting reports and statements, monthly, quarterly and year end closing• Distributes monthly comparison reports and cost center reports according to schedules.• Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.• Prepares financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and planned company financial position.• Finalize all the related Documents and supporting schedules for the annual financial review.• Ensuring accurate recording & analysis of revenues & expenses• Verification & approval of all Documents to ensure accuracy.• Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits.• Analyze transactional processes and identify areas where additional accuracies and efficiencies can be achieved.• Guiding the team for resolving reconciliation of BranchArabic - Native / Mother TongueEnglish - Very GoodOwn a Car
AnyHave Driving License
AnyJob Skills• BSc in Accounting.
