Job Description - Chief Administrative Officer (Entry level)

Note : This role is meant to be for freshers and entry level only, the candidate will be trained on the below areas.

The company administrative officer is a strategic position of considerable influence at the heart of operations and governance operations within an organization.

Governance describes the way that an organization is directed and controlled, which includes a company's strategy and decision making, how it achieves its aims, and ensuring that all activities undertaken comply with legal, ethical and regulatory requirements.

It is multidisciplinary professional renders services in the following areas:

Management Services

  • General/ Strategic management
  • Human Resources Management
  • Asset management.
  • Procurement and purchasing
  • Responsible for all regulatory compliances of company
  • Corporate planner and strategic manager
  • Corporate Communication and Public Relations
  • Legal, Secretarial and Corporate Governance
  • Arbitration and Conciliation
  • Limited role in Financial Management
  • Project Planning
  • Due Diligence
  • Corporate Advisory Services

Corporate Governance and Secretarial Services

  • Supporting the Managing Director in ensuring the company’s functions efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensuring good information flows within the company and its committees and between different departments, as well as facilitating induction and assisting with professional development as required.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day administration of the company, e.g Qiwa platform, GOSI, Mudad, Chamber of commerce etc.
  • Having responsibility for HR – Onboarding/Offboarding, insurances
  • Corporate Governance Services.
  • Corporate Secretarial Services.
  • Secretarial/ Compliance Audit and certification Services.

Corporate Laws Advisory and Representation Services.

  • An in-house legal expert; a compliance officer of the Company.
  • An expert in corporate laws, and corporate governance
  • Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking action accordingly.
  • Corporate Laws Advisory Services
  • Representation Services
  • Arbitration & Conciliation Services
  • Chief advisor to the Managing Director on best practices in corporate governance

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's in business administration or relevant major.
  • English proficiency.
  • Adequate computer skills, fast typing.
  • Fluent in Arabic
