Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a company operating in the Plastics Manufacturing Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial manufacturing, strategic leadership, business growth, operational excellence, and financial performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  15–20+ years of professional experience, including at least 7–10 years in senior executive leadership positions.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong experience in Plastics Manufacturing is essential.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven leadership experience as a CEO, General Manager, Managing Director, or COO within the plastics manufacturing industry.

  
  


• 
  

  In-depth knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding, Extrusion, Blow Molding, Packaging, or Polymer Processing, depending on the company's manufacturing operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong experience in P&L Management, Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Profitability Improvement.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven track record in business expansion, revenue growth, operational transformation, and cost optimization.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, supply chain management, procurement, and quality assurance.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience managing large manufacturing facilities, production teams, and cross-functional departments.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian and GCC industrial markets is highly preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership, strategic decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
