Chief Medical Officer

Ultimate Peaks is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead the medical strategy and clinical operations of a leading healthcare organization. The CMO will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of medical care, advancing clinical excellence, and driving innovation in patient care services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong medical background combined with leadership experience in healthcare management, overseeing clinical teams, and navigating regulatory environments. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical policies and protocols to ensure quality patient care and safety.
• Provide leadership to medical staff, fostering professional development and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align clinical initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Lead efforts in clinical research, innovation, and the adoption of new medical technologies.
• Manage relationships with external healthcare partners, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
• Oversee clinical risk management and quality improvement programs.

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in relevant specialty.
• Minimum of 12 years of clinical experience with at least 5 years in senior medical leadership roles.
• Proven track record in healthcare management, clinical governance, and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution within a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated ability to drive clinical innovation and foster a collaborative environment.
